Welcome to Lightweaver Photography

My name is David Wendel Robinson, AKA: Lightweaver. Photography has long been my greatest passion and joy outside of family. I especially enjoy travel, scenic and documentary photography, but will photograph anything I find interesting.

Feel free to sign my guestbook and let me know how you enjoyed your visit, what you think or ask questions.

A former professional military and industrial-medical photographer, I now photograph casually with an emphasis on documentary and travel Photography. I earned an Associates Degree in photography in 1972 from Colorado Mountain College, but my passion for photography began around age 12 or 13, and never went away.

My galleries represent a combination of serious and personal work including documentary, social and travel.

Hi David,
I happened upon your website (via youtube) whilst looking for reviews of the Panasonic FZ150 which I am trying to compare with the Fuji XS-1. I am an amateur photographer looking to upgrade my 'bridge' camera.
Anyway, the point is, I would like to congratulate you on your wonderful photography which I have very much enjoyed viewing.
Regards,
Derek

Your pix look better than ever, old friend. (See my private entry in your HS10 section).

I loved your pictures David. The pictures of Colorado and Washington State are beautiful, and since I've lived/live in both they are homey to me. Great subject captures, and stunning clarity. Love, love, love Washington State.

These pictures are outstanding. I really begin to miss the West when looking at them. Keep up the great work! I can't wait to see what you are able to post at the end of summer my friend. ~V~
